• 1. Password Management:①パスワード管理:
  • Use strong passwords and change them regularly.強力なパスワードを使用し、定期的に変更する。
  • Never share passwords with others.他人とパスワードを共有しない。
  • Do not reuse the same password across multiple services.同じパスワードを複数のサービスで使い回さない。
• 2. Data Handling:②データの取り扱い:
  • Collect only data necessary for business purposes and do not retain unnecessary information.業務上必要なデータのみを収集し、不必要な情報は保持しない。
  • Handle confidential information with special care and implement appropriate access controls.機密情報の取り扱いには特に注意し、適切なアクセス制御を設ける。
  • Use secure methods when disposing of data, such as data-erasure software or physical destruction.データの廃棄時には、安全な方法（例えば、データ消去ソフトウェアの使用や物理的破壊）を用いる。
  • Do not readily disclose information, even to inquiries from people posing as acquaintances or colleagues.知人や同僚に扮した人物からの問い合わせにも、情報を安易に提供しない。
• 3. Internet Use:③インターネットの利用:
  • Do not open suspicious links or attachments.不審なリンクや添付ファイルを開かない。
  • Use a VPN when connecting to free Wi-Fi.フリーWi-Fiを使用する際は、VPNを利用することを推奨する。
• 4. Physical Security:④物理的セキュリティ:
  • Store important documents and equipment in a locked location.重要な書類や機器は施錠された場所に保管する。
  • Keep laptops and equipment within sight when working outside the office.オフィス外で作業する際は、ノートパソコンや機器を視界から離さない。
• 5. Incident Reporting:⑤インシデントの報告:
  • Report security incidents or suspicious activity promptly.セキュリティに関するインシデントや疑わしい活動を速やかに報告する。
  • A dedicated contact point for incident reporting is clearly designated.インシデント報告のための専用の窓口や連絡先を明示する。
• 6. Education and Training:⑥教育とトレーニング:
  • Receive regular training on information security.定期的に情報セキュリティに関する研修を受けること。
  • Maintain an ongoing commitment to learning about the latest security trends and threats.最新のセキュリティトレンドや脅威について学び続ける姿勢を持つ。
